After all this time, the intransigence of Minnesota Orchestra management can only mean one thing. They are intent on busting the union. Union busting pure and simple. Just like what they are trying to do to the sugar workers in the Red River Valley, who have been locked out for over 18 months. And guess what? The law firm managing American Crystal Sugar’s anti-worker campaign is the same law firm managing this one! I fear the loss of our fine orchestra as musicians find positions elsewhere, but I hope you continue to stand up to this union-busting. You have my full solidarity!
